Ingredients:
1 cup Formula 1, any flavor 2 cups rice crispies 1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned) 1/4 cup wheat germ (optional)

1/2 cup honey 1/3 cup low-fat peanut butter 1 - 1/2 Tbs. water Cinnamon can be added to taste (optional)

How to Prepare:
| Mix dry ingredients together. Mix moist ingredients together,then mix all. It will be dry and crumbly. Press into a 8" x 8" square pan. Cut into 8 equal parts. Wrap individually and store in the refrigerator. You can replace the peanut butter with applesauce but omit the water.
