Ingredients:
1 cup Formula 1 - any flavor
3/4 cup powdered milk
3/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp water
How to Prepare:
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix moist ingredients together, then mix together. Mixture will be dry and crumbly. A food processor works great.
Cinnamon can be added if desired. Press into an 8 x 8 inch pan. Cut into 8 equal pieces and wrap. Keep in freezer or refrigerator.

REMEMBER: This is a full meal! Take with a large glass of water and Formula 2 & 3. Each bar has approximately 120 calories and 7 grams of fat.

The sesame seeds really make it special !!
