Mix dry ingredients together. Mix moist ingredients together, then mix together.
Mixture will be dry and crumbly. A food processor works great.
Cinnamon can be added if desired. Press into an 8 x 8 inch pan. Cut into 8 equal pieces
and wrap. Keep in freezer or refrigerator.REMEMBER: This is a full meal! Take with a
large glass of water and Formula 2 & 3. Each bar has approximately 120 calories and 7
grams of fat.
