Refreshing Shake

Category: Afternoon and Evening Shakes

Ingredients:
1 glass diced papayas/melon
2 bananas
3/4 glass fresh milk
2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
1/2 glass fresh orange juice
5 cubes of ice(optional)
How to Prepare:
1) Add diced papayas/melon into a tall blender
2) Break the bananas into small portions and dump into blender
3) Pour in the milk and ice-cream
4) Add orange juice and ice cubes
5) Blend till smooth (if ice is used, blend until it is just smooth to have the 'ice-blended' feel when you drink it.)
6) Serve chilled

Note: The refreshed feeling is not a lie :)
