Easy Formula 1 Bars

Ingredients:

1 C. Formula 1
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. rice krispies
1 c. dry milk |
1/2 c. rolled oats
1-1/2 Tbl. water
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/3 c. low-fat peanut butter |

How to Prepare:

Add a little cinnamon into mix. (I've never done this). Mix togetheer.
Press into 8x8 pan. Sprinkle top with whatever you want: coconut, wheat germ, sesame seeds
or any other topping. Be creative but watch for calories |
