Ingredients:
Mix together:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup Formula 1, any flavor
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup rice crispies(or dry cereal of your choice)
Add:
1 cup reduced fat peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
Cinnamon/Rum/Vanilla to taste
How to Prepare:
Blend together thorougly. Press into 8/8 pan.
Cut into 8 portions.(or make small balls and
roll them in coconut flakes).
Refrigerate.
One bar contains approximately 118 calories
with less than 7 grams of fat.
1 bar = 1 serving (can have 2 bars) with water(8 oz) =
full
