Ingredients:

1 cup F1 (any flavor)
1 cup Rice Crispies
3/4 cup old fashioned Quaker Oats |
1/2 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup low-fat Peanut Butter
1 tbls water |

How to Prepare:

| Mix dry ingredients together. Mix moist ingredients together. Then mix them together.
Mixture will be dry and crumbly. Press into an 8x8 pan. Cut into 8 equal pieces and wrap.
keep in refrigerator or freezer. makes 8 servings. Each bar has 120 cal and 7 grams of
fat. Each bar is a meal replacement just like a shake. Eat with a large glass of water. |
